We will be discussing the latest updates for commercial development and impact to the neighborhood\, actions to improve Shreve Road and the trail crossing\, and the result of the neighborhood survey (you can still take the survey here.) \nInterested in serving on the FHCA Board?\nAs this will be our annual meeting\, we also have an election for some of the Association’s board of directors. This year we have three open board positions on the ballot and are seeking neighbors to serve. The board meets around six times per year and board members may take on additional areas of interest\, such as communications or social activities. \nFalls Hill Civic Association’s Election Process\nEstablished by the Association’s bylaws\, the President and Vice President are required to prepare the official ballot\, which has three open Board positions this year. Each household paying annual dues receives one vote.  At the annual meeting\, each paid household will receive a printed ballot comprised of declared candidates. The ballot will also include write-in space for any candidate wishing to declare at the meeting. The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes are elected to the Board of Directors.  At its next meeting\, the Board of Directors is responsible for appointing officers for the Association.
