The Falls Hill Civic Association was established in 1958 as a citizens’ organization dedicated to promoting the civic interest and community welfare of Falls Hill residents and to participate collectively in the civic matters of Fairfax County. The civic association is led by a volunteer board of directors elected at an annual meeting. There is a nominal fee for membership, which helps fund the association’s activities and online directory.
Activities include:
-
informing neighbors of local and state issues impacting the community
-
providing a forum for discussion and voice positions before government officials
-
membership in the Providence District Council and the Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Associations
-
supporting community service and activities for the residents of Falls Hill
-
organizing a neighborhood watch program
The Association’s bylaws can be found here.
